Drum Circle

Saturday October 5, October 19, November 2

10:30 am - 12:00 pm.

St. Thomas Chilliwack

(Drums are provided if needed)

Facilitated by Anya McRae

This drum circle is a 3-week experience with each one having a theme: community building, sounds and rhythms from nature, and Creator God and scripture. Each session includes rhythmical breathing, rhythms creation, unison, meditative sound scape, rhythm games, new rhythms, and unison drumming. Drums and percussions are provided.

“When our hands connect with a drum that vibrates with our energy, vitality, emotion, exhilaration, hope, sensitivity, giving, sharing and unity, we become whole again.” Barry Bittman, MD.
