The focus of this retreat will be journeying through Psalm 23 to experience God, our Shepherd, as Mother God. We will enjoy a community circle with music and time in solitude. Throughout this gorgeous property we will experience “Psalm Stations” of interactive spiritual practices, embodied prayer movement, and artistic creative expressions.
Lorie is passionate about the soul journey and invites all to experience God in beautiful ways. She is excited to continue her life-growing exploration and encounters with Mother God. Lorie is the Priest at St. Thomas Chilliwack and Director of the Centre for Spiritual Renewal at St. Thomas. She is mother to five amazing humans, Grammy to three, and lives at Lindell Beach with her husband and kayak.
David has been the rector at St. Dunstan’s parish in Aldergrove over the past 9 years and is the Director of the Spiritual Renewal Centre at St. Dunstan’s. He is passionate about teaching the scriptures, writing songs, and his two wonderful children. David is often found leading music and events at Sorrento Retreat Centre, a favorite place.
Jodi’s love and curiosity about the divine feminine propelled her on a journey to discover Mother God within her. She loves to share this feminine wisdom through her psychotherapy practice and women’s circles. Jodi lives in the Okanagan with her husband, enjoys playing with her grandchildren, and going on forest walks with her labradoodle, River.
Retreat Fee $90 Scholarships $60 $30 Pay as you are able. Includes lunch/drinks & snacks/supplies, interactive stations with spiritual practices in nature, community, and solitude.
